Sometimes my spirit answers questions for me before I have the time to react with my brain. These answers guide , mold, and shape our lives so we don’t self destruct. When I got the call to fill in for the lead singer of the Gospel Classics, and they saw how much equipment that I could lift, my spirit leaped with a resounding yes , yes I’ll do it. My mind was saying no ,no you won’t.

My background was in rock n roll music , but I enjoyed the harmony in what was my parents music, Southern Gospel. In 1992 God changed me forever. You see, rock and roll is still in my blood.

My feet are on the rock and He put my name on the roll. God delivered me from a multitude of sins and addictions. Instantly, I was a new creature in Christ, and old things passed away. Everything was new. He blessed me with a wonderful piano player , oh yeah, and wife, a true Proverbs 31 woman.

He filled my life with awesome believers in this group. We are all family, filled with the same spirit, holding adoption papers signed in the blood of Christ Jesus.

In 2006, God increased my calling for ministry to preach the Gospel. I wasn’t so apprehensive after all He has done for me. I started school in the Ministerial Internship Program thru the Congregational Holiness Church. It was a joy to open the Word like never before. God revealed Himself everyday of my schooling.

I am ready to preach where He leads, sing to any open ear, but most of all, be found doing the work and will of Jesus, the Christ.
